CUSTOM ORDERS, COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS, & CUSTOM PORTRAITS
For any orders (not listed in the right column), you will need to
use PayPal. For custom orders, commissioned paintings, and custom
portraits, a written Purchase Order and in most cases a deposit are

ORDERING INFORMATION
This web site utilizes a secure on-line shopping cart for safe credit
card purchases, as well as allows money order and check purchases by
snail mail. Simply use the shopping cart buttons found next to each
item. When you have finished shopping, the cart will allow you to pay
instantly with a credit card or by mail. Note: For the fastest service,
we recommend paying with your credit card. Please allow 10 working days
for the delivery of your print(s) and/or gift items, if in the United
States. If you are overseas, your order will take slightly longer than
two weeks due to the extended time in transit.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
All prints come carefully packaged with backing board, enclosed in a
clear sleeve and shipped in protective mailers to ensure their safe
arrival to your home. Originals are shipped via insured Fed Ex. All
other items are shipped via USPS standard Priority Mail. Overseas
shipping will be subject to additional charges. The shopping cart will
calculate the additional overseas postage.
ESTIMATING YOUR DELIVERY TIME
Orders are typically shipped out within two
business days of the purchase date. After the order has shipped,
domestic delivery occurs on average within five to seven business
days. Some domestic orders may take up to two weeks. For
international orders, packages typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks
of shipping date, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on Customs
handling.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Whenever possible, we encourage exchange rather
than return of an item you are unhappy with. However, any item may
be returned for a full refund of the product's cost within 21 days
of purchase. You will find instructions for returning or exchanging
purchases on your packing slip. Items for return or exchange must
arrive in their original condition - please see "Special Items or
Situations" below for more information.
You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. For your
protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides
delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value
of the item(s) enclosed. We cannot accept returns of items that do
not have their original packing slip(s).
IF WE MADE AN ERROR OR YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
In the event that a problem with your
merchandise is the result of our error, please contact us
immediately.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING A GIFT
We are happy to exchange a gift within 21 days
of purchase for another item of equal value from our store. Follow
the "Returning for an Exchange" instructions on your packing slip.
Returns for refund (or partial refund in the event an item of lesser
value is requested as an exchange) are credited back to the original
credit card used for the original purchase.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge sales tax on
all orders shipped to California (U.S.).
"OUT OF STOCK" PRODUCTS
We make every effort to keep products in stock.
"Out of stock" products are typically re-stocked within 3-5 weeks,
depending on the location of the product's supplier. (Products
sourced from overseas may take longer to re-stock.) Your business is
extremely important to us, as we consider you not only a customer,
but our partner in making a difference!
CORRECTION OF ERRORS & INACCURACIES; LIMITATIONS ON
QUANTITY, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, PRICING ERRORS
The information on this website may contain
typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or
current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors,
inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at
any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors,
inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description,
pricing, and availability.
Should a product be listed with an incorrect price due to an error,
we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has
been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we
will issue a full refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have
submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may
return it with the original packing receipt within 21 days of the
order date for exchange or refund. Please see the Returns and
Exchanges section below for more information.

We use electronic "cookies" to recognize your computer as a
returning visitor. Our sites use cookies to keep track of your
shopping cart. If you have entered something into your shopping cart
on a previous visit, your cookie saves these items for your return
visit. You may disable cookies from your browser's configuration
menu at any time. All cookie information is considered personal and
proprietary, and is encompassed in our commitment to your privacy
and security of data.
During checkout, you will be asked to give your billing address,
shipping address, phone number and e-mail address. We use your
e-mail address to confirm your order, and in case there are any
problems with your order. Phone numbers are occasionally used if
there is a problem with your order and you have not been available
by e-mail.
At the end of checkout, we ask you for your credit card number and
expiration date. Your information is encrypted and used for order
billing only. We do not save your credit card information.
We will never sell your name, cause affiliation, e-mail address,
shopping preferences or other personally identifiable information to
any third party. For fulfillment purposes, our "third party" vendors
are notified of your shipping and e-mail addresses. You may
occasionally receive promotional materials from some of these
vendors.
